What is the store's return & exchange policy?
Please be sure to put the right address while checking out. If you chose the shipping method with no insurance, then all sales are final. Once it's out of the USPS facility it is no longer in my hands. If you do run into any complications feel free to email me at Sophycosmetics@gmail.com
For those who chose the shipping method with insurance then I do accept exchanges but no returns. If your item comes damaged for whatever reason please contact me as soon as you receive the order. You have 7 days once you receive the item to contact me for an exchange. Past the 7 day period, I will not be accepting exchanges. How long will it take to receive my order?

I have not received my order what do I do?
Most order confirmations take up to 4 business days due to high demand. Once you receive your order confirmation you should have your tracking number as well. A tracking number can take up to 24 hours to appear. If your order claims to have arrived and you haven't received it please email me at Sophycosmetics@gmail.com
